TierDraft

Privacy policy

Last updated: June 14, 2026

TierDraft helps Shopify merchants manage contracted B2B prices and create draft orders. This policy explains what we store, why we store it, and how merchants and customers can request access or deletion.

Data we collect

  • Shop and staff session data required to authenticate the embedded Shopify app.
  • Price list configuration, including list names, customer tags, SKU mappings, and contracted prices you upload or edit.
  • Draft order logs when you create a draft order through TierDraft, including Shopify draft order IDs, linked customer IDs, optional customer email, price list name, line counts, subtotals, and savings estimates.
  • Billing status such as plan type and Shopify subscription identifiers.

How we use customer tags

Customer tags from Shopify are used only to match a buyer to the correct contracted price list. We do not sell tag data or use it for advertising.

Data retention

Price lists and draft order logs remain until you delete them in the app or uninstall TierDraft. When a shop uninstalls the app, we delete shop settings, price lists, and draft order logs associated with that store.

Customer redaction requests clear personal identifiers (such as customer email) from draft order logs while preserving non-identifying order metadata required for merchant records.

GDPR and Shopify compliance webhooks

TierDraft subscribes to Shopify's mandatory compliance webhooks:

  • customers/data_request — export draft order log rows tied to the requesting customer.
  • customers/redact — redact customer email from draft order logs for that customer.
  • shop/redact — delete all shop data after uninstall retention windows.
